IHRICON is pioneer organization of implement the concept of UNSCAR 1325 in 2003 in Nepal. It is national organization working in 21 districts in Nepal as a national NGO. It mobilize the media for the implementation of the concept of women, peace and security, and engaging men and boys for gender equality and women rights. IHRICON is a secretariat for MenEngage Alliance Nepal right now from the last February of 2014. IHRICON has been a key partner to form the National Action of Plan for 1325 and 1820 whereas it is involved to midterm monitoring exercise for the same. |
