Our organization is very active in projecting issues of land rights of women at Hacienda Luisita as they fight maneuvers of the landlord to exempt land from actual physical distribution(land reform). They are also very active in the campaign against the rising prices of commodities especially rice, garlic, oil, etc. Related to this is the issue of food security for the families and what the women are doing to answer such needs. They are involved in land cultivation and production through organic agriculture an environment friendly and production of healthy food. |
