  • IRMA has been a member of Women in Governance (WinG) Manipur at the local level since 2009. WinG aims at ensuring effective participation of women in decision making at all levels through capacity building of women, networking and alliance building, lobby and advocacy. Lobby and Advocacy at the national and International level is also one of the activities of Women in Governance, India.
